  • I have practiced family law since 1993. It is my view that litigation should generally be a last resort, and that in most cases, a negotiated resolution is preferable to one imposed by a judge. I have offered unbundled services since I first started practicing, and have found that it can be a cost effective way for people to obtain legal assistance that is more than cursory, but still within their range of affordability.
