Court Coach LLP is different from other family law firms because we offer hourly coaching and consultation services for self-represented parties.
We recognize that many individuals are capable of advocating on their own behalf, but may need assistance in learning court processes, drafting mandatory forms, and understanding their rights and obligations under the law. We also recognize that not everyone can afford a lawyer, and so we offer unbundled and coaching services. We offer a variety of flat-rate limited legal services in an effort to provide our clients with certainty as to their legal spending.
I have experience with legal coaching and guiding self-represented individuals through our legal system. We review and draft documents, help prepare for court appearances, provide information on court rules and procedures, and offer legal advice. We also provide unbundled/limited scope services such as appearing for clients for one event in their case.
