  • Our firm recognizes that many individuals are capable of advocating on their own behalf, but may need assistance in learning court processes, drafting mandatory forms, and understanding their rights and obligations under the law. Our firm, as the name implies, is dedicated to providing a variety of limited scope and coaching services to self-represented individuals.

    We can review and draft documents, help prepare clients for court appearances, provide information on court rules and procedures, and offer legal advice with respect to a client's specific situation. We try to help our clients find the most practical and cost-effective solutions to their family law disputes, which may or may not include litigation. We highly encourage and support alternatives to court proceedings, including negotiating or mediating fair and reasonable parenting and separation agreements. We also offer many flat-rate limited legal services in an effort to provide our clients with certainty as to their legal spending.
