Welcome to our Directory of lawyers who will work with family law clients on an unbundled basis. Each of the lawyers listed in the Directory has completed the training we offer on how to deliver unbundled family law services. Contact information for participating lawyers is included in their Lawyer Profile in the Directory.
Please note that Ontario’s Family Law Limited Scope Services Project does not endorse or recommend specific lawyers.
If you are interested in working with one of the lawyers in our Directory or otherwise, you should contact the lawyer to decide if they are right for you. When doing so, you may want to ask them about (i) their experience providing family law services, (ii) their general approach to family law disputes, and (iii) the fees that they charge for their services.

Jessica is passionate about ensuring that all individuals in Canada have access to justice. Throughout her three years of law school she was actively involved in providing criminal defence services to Edmonton's low-income population through Student Legal Services at the University of Alberta. In Ontario she represented individuals on Legal Aid certificates and provided pro bono services to those in need of representation who did not qualify for Legal Aid.
Jessica understands that the number of people who cannot afford to privately retain a lawyer is growing and is shifting her practice to support individuals in a way that fits with their needs and budgets. She brings a significant amount of litigation experience to her practice, including running trials in Alberta Provincial Court, Ontario Court of Justice, Ontario Superior Court and Small Claims Court. This experience allows her to provide straight forward advice on all aspects of your family law experience including preparation for different court appearances, mediation and trial.
