Unbundled in Action: Ontario’s Innovative Approach to Limited Scope Retainers

The FLLSS Project is pleased to participate in a workshop as part of the AFCC’s 56th Annual Conference, The Future of Family Justice: International Innovations, May 29 – June 1, 2019 at the Westin Harbour Castle, Toronto.
The workshop, Unbundled in Action: Ontario’s Innovative Approach to Limited Scope Retainers will cover (i) Ontario’s context with respect to access to family law legal services, (ii) project goals and milestones, (iii) Ontario’s process for developing the project (iv) the project’s research strategy and (v) early lessons. A description of the project’s components and website offerings will also be provided by the 4-person panel from the project Steering Committee.
